WHAT CAN I DO WHEN I FEEL DISCOURAGED?

I was sitting in my room a few days ago, and I felt like unpacking some of my books that I have kept in one corner of my room. So, I decided to open some of them to read the contents. As I opened them one after the other, I discovered that many golds have been kept in them that I am not aware of.
Growing up, I was fond of keeping diaries. My room is full of different books where I have jotted my life experiences. I record my daily activities, daily experiences, dreams, occurrences and many others.
These last days have not been easy for me, I have many thoughts and am somehow confused on what to do at the moment. As I journeyed through my journals, there was a reawakening. I got inspired. I had records of different achievements, stories, what God has told me and deadlines that I gave myself. I decided to pick up from where I stopped.
That is the power of keeping diaries! Dear Friend, cultivate the habit of keeping records of your achievements at different levels, whether big or small. They might not mean anything to you at the moment but with time you will need them.
So, one of the things to do when you feel discouraged is to reflect on your past achievements, the things you plan to do that you have written down. You will be encouraged to move on.
